Product Introduction

1. Equipment introduction

The complete set of micro-extraction tank equipment is a new type of liquid-liquid extraction equipment designed and developed by our company according to the special needs of the industry. , mobile operating platform and other key equipment. The equipment is mainly used in the separation and purification of radioactive elements in the atomic energy industry, the separation and purification of isotopes, and the separation and purification of expensive or difficult-to-obtain raw material solutions (such as raw material solutions containing rare and precious metal elements, expensive extractants, etc.).

The structural design of the micro-extraction tank is infinitely close to the main functional structure of the conventional-sized extraction tank. On the one hand, it ensures the effect of mixing and separation, and on the other hand, the experimental parameters obtained by the micro-extraction tank have reference value for expanding the experimental design. It mainly includes two parts: mixing chamber and clarification chamber. The mixing chamber is composed of bottom submerged chamber, upper mixing chamber and other structures, and the clarification chamber is composed of deflectors, grid plates, light phase weirs, heavy phase weirs and other structures. A deflector is set in the clarification chamber, which can not only guide the mixed liquid overflowing from the mixing chamber to the clarification chamber, but also prevent the overflow liquid from disturbing the two-phase clarification and stratification process of the clarification chamber. Multiple grid plates are installed in the clarification chamber, which can break the water-in-oil and oil-in-water droplets, and can effectively prevent the emulsification phenomenon. The heavy and light phase overflow weir adopts an internal channel design, so that there is no need for external joints and pipelines between stages, and the process is short and the resistance is small. As verified by the customer's experiment, the micro-countercurrent extraction tank designed and processed by our company can be used normally in the range of organic phase to aqueous phase flow ratio of 1/3~3/1, 0.05 wt.%≤two-phase entrainment ≤0.5 wt.%.

Specially developed a micro-liquid delivery system for micro-extraction tanks to ensure that external liquids (such as raw material liquids, organic phases, washing liquids, stripping liquids, etc.) enter the extraction tanks stably for a long time at an accurate flow rate. Each set of micro liquid delivery equipment is centered on 2 specially customized micro syringe pumps, combined with other accessories to realize double-pump alternate constant flow operation, flow range: 50-18750 μL/min, accuracy/error: less than ±1%.

The power of each micro-motor is 10W, the speed range is 0~3000rpm, and it is reversible.

The exhaust gas collection system includes exhaust gas collection hood, fan, LED lighting, etc. The waste gas collection hood is made of plexiglass (PMMA) plate, with sliding doors on one side of the mixing chamber and one side of the clarification chamber, which is convenient for sampling; the extraction tank is placed in the waste gas collection hood, and the acidic, alkaline and organic waste gases generated The exhaust can be collected and processed by the fan to ensure a healthy and friendly operating environment; LED lights are installed on the top of the exhaust gas collection hood, which can provide sufficient light for the observation of extraction experiment phenomena.

The extraction process includes multiple process stages such as extraction, washing, and stripping, and the process parameters such as the number of extraction stages (such as liquid flow rate and motor stirring speed) are different in each stage. In the traditional control mode, each level of mixing system corresponds to a control module (such as a speed control button or panel), which cannot realize the control of multiple motors and fluid delivery pumps according to the process section. In response to the actual needs of the extraction process, our company has independently developed an embedded integrated control system dedicated to extraction. Each set of integrated control system is equipped with a 10-inch touch display screen, built-in microprocessor and control program, and controls the motor and infusion pump in the system through 485 communication. The control scope mainly includes the start and stop of the motor, the speed adjustment, the start and stop of the infusion pump, and the flow adjustment. According to the needs of use, the equipment can be controlled individually or in batches.

The extraction operation platform is a three-layer movable rack processed by aluminum alloy profiles. The first layer (top layer) is used to place the extraction tank, the second layer is used to place the trace liquid delivery system, and the third layer (bottom layer) is used to place the Various reservoirs. According to customer verification, in the same operating environment and use time, the stainless steel operating platform is easy to rust and affect the appearance, while the aluminum alloy operating platform has better corrosion resistance, firmness, beauty and durability.

Liquid inlet and outlet joints and adapters of different pipe diameters are made of polypropylene (PP) or polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF); liquid transport between mixing and settling tanks of different specifications is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (TPFE) hard tubes and transparent PVC material hose for connection.

Extraction Tank Features:

1. Material: plexiglass, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc., customers can customize other machinable materials according to their needs.
